One to one support for your health with an experienced Registered Nurse (available in person or online).
This is perfect for you if:
-
Your GP or specialist has advised you to make some lifestyle changes but you don't know where to start or how to get support.
-
You're Googling symptoms and asking ChatGPT if you need to see a health professional.
-
You want to age well, understand your health, personal risk factors and what you can do to support a healthy future.
-
You're living with a chronic condition such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, obstructive sleep apnoea and want guidance on evidence-based lifestyle changes that you know can make a difference. Or maybe you have a family history or are planning ahead to try and prevent them occurring.
-
You (or your child/relative) have tried your GP and maybe even a specialist but you still don't have an answer. They don't seem to be listening to what you're experiencing and you don't know what to do next or who to turn to.
-
You want to feel comfortable discussing female conditions (PMOS, menopause, endometriosis) in more detail and specific to you.
-
You're using GLP-1 medications and want to keep healthy and strong and want support without fear of judgement.
-
You're not sure who is best to see for your particular issue, is it a GP, a nutritionist, a naturopath or a specialist? Or how to access care and assessments and navigate a complex dual health system.
-
You recognise that you are a whole person and want a clearer picture of your health as a whole, not just your gut, your hormones, or your medical condition.
All appointments are with a Registered Nurse for 60 minutes
